Overview
Celebrated artist and filmmaker Guy Sherwin selects films from the LUX archive which forms a dialogue with his exhibition of films, drawings and mechanical objects at Siobhan Davies Studios and with reference to early influences on his film practice. The programme is presented by the artist and includes films by Bruce Baillie, Wojciech Bruszewski, Kurt Kren, Peter Kubelka, Malcolm Le Grice, Annabel Nicolson, as well as several of Sherwin's works and two of his live projector performances. All but two films are shown in their original 16mm format.
